Return & Refund policy

At Joylua, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused and new products within 21 days of the product delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:
* Gift cards
* Personalized or customized items
* Perishable goods
* Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact us at contact@joylua.com with your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
b. We will provide you with a prepaid mailing label and return instructions.
c. Package the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in new and unused condition to ensure a full credit.
d. Attach the prepaid mailing label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier’s location.


4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect the condition of the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.


5. Shipping Costs
We provide prepaid mailing labels for returns. However, original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@joylua.com with your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and a photo of the damaged or defective item. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement process.
